Il s'agit de ma deuxième paires de mocassin et je les adore. Ceux que l'on m'a envoyés étaient brisés après deux semaines d'utilisation, mais on m'a envoyé une nouvelle paire en excellent état sans aucun frais. Le service était impeccable.
Très satisfaite du produit
C’est la deuxième fois que j’achète ces mocassins et je suis toujours aussi satisfaite. Je porte la grandeur 7 et j’ai acheté cette même grandeur. Ils semblent serrés au départ, mais s’ajustent à la grandeur du pied après quelques jours. Je recommande!
Pas assez grande
J ai dû faire une nouvelle commande car elle était trop petite. Mais je suis très satisfaite du service car j ai demander la méthode de retour et on m’a tout très bien expliquer. Il me reste qu a retourner la paire trop grande et à recevoir mes nouvelles. J ai très hâte
